My son likes a soccer anime named "Inazuma eleven."
He and his friends watched it and they started to play and learn soccer.
I think all elementary scholl students who play soccer watch it.
It's the sama as "Captain Tsubasa." from my teens
Now Inazuma eleven is 2nd series.

BTW, were you able to install Lubuntu in your father's PC yet?
I know it's really tough work.
I installed ubuntu 10.04 into my friends PC a few month ago and I made a ubuntu 8.04 chroot environment in it to run gtk 1.2 apps.
Installing 10.04 was easy but making the chroot environment was really tough.
One gtk 1.2 app didn't work first. It took time to find the problem was caused by its small VRAM capacity.

I feel sorry for your doctor strike news.

I've never heard of the news in Japan.

Today, I was playing soccer with my elder son.

He is 10 years old and belongs to a soccer club.

He likes to play soccer but needs more practice.

His team had a game yesterday and lost the game by 15-0.

First I heard of it, I thought it's a result of another sports like baseball or something...

It's getting cooler gradually but still about 20 - 25 degrees in our area.

Actually, I don't know the harvest of this year is good or not.

But the rice they gave me last week was really delicious :-)

We had little rainy days this summer.

It's not good for rice growing. So I think they really took care of it.

I'll take some photos too like you did for me!!

My parents harvested the rice some weeks ago. This is the season of rice harvesting in Japan.
