خبرگزاری هرانا - سه عضو نهاد شبه نظامی بسیج با سوء استفاده از مدارک شناسایی خود، دختر جوانی را در شهر تبریز ربوده و پس از ضرب و شتم و تعرض و تجاوز به وسیله سلاح گرم او را به قتل رسانده و جسد وی را در بیرون شهر رها کرده اند. این موضوع باعث حساسیت افکار عمومی و تالم شدید مردم منطقه شده است.بنا به اطلاع گزارشگران هرانا، پس ازمفقود شدن دختر جوانی در شهر تبریز با نام الناز - ب. 26 ساله، خانواده او مراتب مفقود شدن وی را به تمامی نهادهای مربوطه اطلاع دادند و پس از یک هفته تجسس جسد وی در پزشکی قانونی در حالی که پزشکی قانونی پس از آزمایشات از تعرض، ضرب و شتم، تجاوز و قتل به وسیله شلیک سلاح گرم را تایید می کرد به خانواده تحویل داده شد. نیروهای انتظامی محل کشف جسد را اطراف گورستان امامیه تبریز اعلام نمودند.با اعلام شکایت خانواده نیروهای انتظامی سه شهروند تبریزی عضو فعال بسیج را بازداشت نمودند که متهم ردیف اول در اداره آگاهی به تمام موارد فوق اعتراف نمود. وی اذعان نمود که با عنوان امر به معروف و تذکر بابت بدحجابی که در قالب طرح "حجاب و عفاف" از سوی بسیج و نیروی انتظامی تعریف می شود وارد خودروی این دختر جوان در منطقه ولیعصر تبریز می شود و سپس با تهدید وی با سلاح گرم و سوار نمودن دو تن دیگر از دوستان خود وی را به خارج شهر کشانده و مورد سوء استفاده قرار می دهند. و پس از این اقدام با شلیک سه گلوله به ناحیه سینه نامبرده را از پای در می آورند.در حال حاضر گفته می شود متهم اصلی این پرونده به دلیل حساسیت موضوع، در اختیار سپاه پاسداران است.عضویت وی در نیروی شبه نظامی بسیج، حمل سلاح گرم، حضور نیروهای رده بالای سپاه در خانواده وی و همینطور استفاده از کارت شناسایی و عنوان طرح مبارزه با بدحجابی به حساسیت های این موضوع در افکار عمومی افزوده است.Woman Raped and Killed by Basiji forces in TabrizAccording to HRANA a young girl, Elnaz Baba-Zadeh (26 years old) was raped and killed by basiji forces in Tabriz city (north west Iran) last week!!According to HRANA, Elnaz`s car was stopped by basiji forces because she didn’t follow the Iranian regime dress-code properly!! But Elnaz resisted, and didnt want to follow the basiji members order!!After this kind of behavior by Elnaz, the basiji member who had stopped her car, jumped into her car and threatened her by his gun!!! Soon after two other basiji member jumped into Elnaz`s car and after they had beaten her up and raped her, they killed Elnaz and dropped her dead body close to Emamiye graveyard!!After the local investigation by HRANA members in Tabriz, it has been confirmed during Elnaz funeral, that the person who killed Elnaz was the son of a high ranking Revolutionary guard members! Yet nowadays she wears some clothes that not only doesn’t hide her beauty, but also makes it more apparent!”And he is right in many ways..29 years after Islamic Revolution in Iran, Iranians are still emotionally religious. They celebrate their Religious festivals and appreciate their beliefs . But there is a new culture that growing up day to day more. Even if this culture is under influence of events in a century ago, however nowadays it is going to come up with different face.Almost less than a century ago, Iranians opposed the new law by Reza Shah, the Pahlawi king of Iran, which forced Iranian women to remove their Hijab.He was that much strict in his decision that had sent many policemen in the streets and they were ruled to remove Chador, Niqab and even scarfs from women’s head. For years Iranian women defended their hijab and even some women didn’t go out the home in the society up to deporting Reza Shah.I believe that people are like metal coils. When you push the metal coil, it pushes you back. When you stop pushing, it will fly and open up at the maximum of its power. I really don’t remember those years for I am from the first generation after Islamic revolution. Yet from what I read and heard, Hijab automatically has been publitized. Day to day more women wore hijab and little by little it made a mandatory of Hijab in the society. That’s true that Hijab or Islamic veil came to be mandatory 2 or 3 years after revolution. Before that who got to be unveiled, there was not any problem for her.Anyway, during Iraq-Iran war, Iran was also under too much political and economical pressure and the way of Hijab wearing was same.But after war, the years were years of rebuilding. The first generation was teenager . They had their own needs and ideas, different from their parents and the society they were living in.Nowadays in Iran, less girls really care about hijab. This problem is more in big cities like Tehran, Shiraz, Mashhad and Isfahan. Specially Tehran, as a city with white culture, usually appoints the culture of other cities. Tehrani Culture, from its veil, its lifestyle, and worries of people is transferred year after year to the rest of Iran. The new generation in Iran had to face so many difficulties. They’re enduring the ruins that war brought for them, the ill economics, and unemployment.I agree with Cristoph when he says: “Iranian Youth want to change the laws.” Nowadays wearing Chador or Niqab in Tehran is more weird than wearing tight, thin and rictal clothes. Wearing a n appropriate scarf, without showing hair is more weird than wearing kind of scarf that are more similar to Headband. That’s their way to make it more beautiful and attractive, instead of covering their highlighted hair. Finding a modest mantou – the Iran’s islamic dress code- is as difficult as finding needle in granary.161.jpgRemember again, that Iranians are emotionally religious. So what happened to Iranian society that tries to wear strange? Kind of veil that is more similar to a sarcasm toward religion, instead of a suitable and modest way of wearing? That’s not the result of Mandatory of Hijab in Iran?That’s famous that Iranian women in other countries are the most immodest muslims in wearing clothes. I saw with my two eyes that in foreigner flights when the plane gets away the borders, Iranian women quickly start to remove their dress codes.God says in Quran: ” It is not required of thee O Messenger to set them on the right path, but Allah sets on the right path whom He pleaseth” (2:272)And somewhere else says:” If it had been Allah’s plan, they would not have taken false gods: but We made thee not one to watch over their doings, nor art thou set
over them to dispose of their affairs.” (6:107)There is no restriction or force to accept religion and its laws. Iranians have shown in the history that they accept religion when it is offered freely and not by force. They also have shown that defend their beliefs when others want to oppose it. Like what they did against Reza Shah’s mandatory of being unvelied.Even though, The new hijab epidemy is not something just in Iran but also it is growing up in whole Muslim world. However for Iran’s case, I personally know the Iranian government is responsible for the problem.Irani girlsFreedom of wearing is one of human rights.. I as a muslim woman want this wrong atmosphere changes. I am worried. Modesty is something that most women in Iran are really concerned about. I do not want when non-Iranians hear my nationality, suddenly suppose me as an immodest woman. That’s what nowadays is famous about Iranian women.I wear modest so if somebody judge me with kind of labels, I will never forgive Iranian leaders. They are responsible and must find a solution.Now that’s duty of Iranian leaders to let women chose hijab by own. The lawful pressure of being veiled or unveied was never successful in Iran.In this way, maybe who want to wear hijab, wear it in its true way and don’t be labeled for what some other women wear. And who don’t want to be veiled, at least don’t make it a joke by this beautiful religion!

Thousands of Iranian women have been cautioned over their poor Islamic dress this week and several hundred arrested in the capital Tehran in the most fierce crackdown on what's known as "bad hijab" for more than a decade.It is the talk of the town. The latest police crackdown on Islamic dress has angered many Iranians - male, female, young and old.But Iranian TV has reported that an opinion poll conducted in Tehran found 86% of people were in favour of the crackdown - a statistic that is surprising given the strength of feeling against this move.Police cars are stationed outside major shopping centres in Tehran.They are stopping pedestrians and even cars - warning female drivers not to show any hair - and impounding the vehicles and arresting the women if they argue back.Middle-aged women, foreign tourists and journalists have all been harassed, not just the young and fashionably dressed.Individual choiceOvernight the standard of what is acceptable dress has slipped back.Tehran teenager TofiqI want the whole world to know that they oppress us and all we can do is put up with itTofiq, 15Hard-won freedoms - like the right to wear a colourful headscarf - have been snatched away.It may sound trivial but Iranian women have found ways of expressing their individuality and returning to drab colours like black, grey and dark blue is not something they will accept easily."If we want to do something we will do it anyway, all this is total nonsense," says a young girl, heavily made up and dressed up.She believes Islamic dress should be something personal - whether you're swathed in a black chador or dressed in what she calls "more normal clothes".Interestingly many women who choose to wear the all enveloping chador agree - saying it's a personal choice and shouldn't be forced on people."This year is much worse than before because the newspapers and the TV have given the issue a lot of coverage compared to last year; it wasn't this bad before," says Shabnam who's out shopping with her friend.Permission deniedAt the start of every summer the police say they will enforce the Islamic dress code, but this year has been unusually harsh.Thousands of women have been cautioned by police over their dress, some have been obliged to sign statements that they will do better in the future, and some face court cases against them.Altered mannequinEven shop mannequins considered "too revealing" are dealt withThough the authorities want coverage internally to scare women - they don't want the story broadcast abroad.The BBC's cameraman was detained when he tried to film the police at work and the government denied us permission to go on patrol with the police."Really we don't have any security," complains Shabam's friend Leyla."Since we came out this morning many people we met have continuously warned us to be careful about our headscarves and to wear them further forward because they are arresting women who are dressed like this," she says.Boutique owners are furious. Some shops have been sealed - others warned not to sell tight revealing clothing.One shopkeeper selling evening dresses told us the moral police had ordered him to saw off the breasts of his mannequins because they were too revealing.He said he wasn't the only shop to receive this strange instruction.RespectThere's even been less traffic on the streets because some women are not venturing out - fearful they will be harassed.And it's not even safe in a car. Taxi agencies have received a circular warning them not to carry a "bad hijabi"."They have said we shouldn't carry passengers who wear bad Islamic dress and if we do we have to warn them to respect the Islamic dress code even inside the car," said one taxi driver.And it's not just women who are being targeted this year.Young men are being cautioned for wearing short sleeved shirts or for their hairstyles.Morad - a hairdresser whose gelled hair is made to stand straight up - says it's necessary for him to look like this to attract customers."These last few days I don't dare walk down the main roads looking like this case I get arrested," he says."I use the side streets and alleys."Morad is scared because his friends have told him they've seen the police seize young men and forcibly cut their hair if it's too long.Fifteen-year-old Tofiq who'd also gelled his hair to stand on end said he too was afraid but he wasn't going to change."I want the whole world to know that they oppress us and all we can do is put up with it," he said.Some parents have complained that harassing the young over their clothing will only push them to leave the country.But one MP has said those Iranians who cannot cope with Islamic laws should leave.Some commentators have suggested that the government is conducting this crackdown to distract attention from the rising cost of living in Iran and increasing tension with the international community over the nuclear issue.If so, it's a strategy that risks alienating people who've got used to years of relative social freedom and do not want to return to the early days of the revolution when dress rules were much more tightly enforced.
