New Year

This new year bring a hope

To have a better life

The past never return

But the memory always return

The mind keep the best

But the sadness never be the best

It will remain a wounded heart

Only a sincere affection will touch the heart

To remove the sorrow

Is the happiness come tomorrow?

No one know that’s the misery of life.

Benefial knowledge

The best knowledge is knowledge of the deen. The Prophet sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam said, “Verily, Allāh the Exalted does not like one who is knowledgeable of the worldly life, but ignorant of the Hereafter.” [Saheeh al Jaami']

BENEFICIAL KNOWLEDGE

Abu Abdillah Ar-Rudhabaari,

Whoever goes out towards knowledge, intending (just to obtain) the knowledge, knowledge does not benefit him. And whoever goes out towards knowledge, intending to act upon the knowledge, knowledge benefits him – even if it's a little.

The spirit of Islam to face death.

Just close your eyes and imagine,
Finally,
Your silence breaks away;
You tell the angels you believe in Allah,
And for him, you did pray;
You say as tears are pouring down your face
Please, Allah, forgive me,
For the sins that I committed,
Have mercy is my plea!

Just close your eyes and imagine,
That the smell of musk surrounds you,
From your head down to your feet;
You realize Allah forgave you,
Hell fire you did defeat;

But we all know as Muslims,
When it's time for you to die;
You'll not be given a second chance,
To say a last goodbye;

So live each day as If it's your last,
And never forget to pray;
So when the angels come to ask,

You'll know the words to say.

Our Creator's Mercy

Allah created time and space
You'll find a Muslim of every race
The limits I always try to chase
But there's always an obstacle I must face
I try but they're hard to ace
When I look at everyone else,
There's no sweat on their face
Then I look up,see that pretty vase
I get close, trip over my own shoelace
When I get up, I'm back in last place
Back a first base
Somebody must have hit the backspace
cause all my hard work's been erased
In that case............
I must exceed my pace
I got to hurry cause there's no time to waste
Let's see who's going to win to Adam's home place

Rosullah said about death.

Rasulullah once said that the smartest person is the one who always remember death. In other words, the smartest person is the one who has vision far into the future. By always remembering his vision and the purpose of his life, he will always be passionate in stepping ahead. The vision of a Muslim is not only limited to the life in this world but more than that, his vision is far away crossing the boundary of the life in this world. The vision of a Muslim is to return and meet with Allah. For him, the moments of death are the beautiful moments because he will soon meet with the beloved who has been sorely missed.

Waterfall of tears, by MuslimHero

Ya rasulullah,
in receiving you my heart clover,
like petals of flower I am your lover,
it blooms,
when you descend inside it covers,
tight , so tight I feel your heart beat in me,
the rhythm is parallel to the sound of streams,
it's like having river kauthar gushing from my veins,
waterfalls of tears wallahi when I hold your dreams,
you left a message I may not understand and don’t know what it means.

You called from inside my heart in whispers,
but you I declined to see,
I have you locked in my heart for years,
but your soul distant from me,
my eyes like the hawk's its hunting and keen,
to see you over the horizon like a tender baby clean,
held tight in the mother's womb unseen,
like the way you took the abode in my heart.
The mother's womb is mercy to her child,
and thou art mercy to the whole of mankind.

Ya rasulullah,
my father's name is your name,
and my mother taught me about your fame,
Ya rasulullah,
my eyes are bloodshot in search,
my heart in pieces making up for a patch,
Ya rasulullah,
I am your invisible companion I neither felt nor saw you from a canyaon,
Ya rasulullah,
I felt the waterfall of tears,
the waterfall of tears.

"Every Soul Shall Taste Death"

Submitted by Fatimah on Friday, 04/10/2013 - 21:28

Today was the day dad requested I take a day-off
Little did he know he was soon to go, his soul to take-off
A planned to attend my graduation in September did not take place
God chose this way, planned to take him away by His Mercy and Grace
Allah says, "Every soul shall taste death" so anytime can be your turn...
Your life here is short even though you thought to God you’ll never return
Your here for a purpose, this world is no circus of freedom and play
But an obligation we must follow, not wait till tomorrow but prepare every single day
Be ready with your book of deeds, it will determine whether you fail or succeed
Else a big price you'll have to pay!
Who then will help you? If only you had a clue!
That in your grave alone in dark you'll lay!
The Questions will start...
And if you had a sincere heart
Then in peace you'll spend the rest of the days!
But if you had a bad heart and from this world you depart
Then you'll regret the rest of your days!

Note:
"Everyone shall taste death. And only on the Day of Resurrection shall you be paid your wages in full. And whoever is removed away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise, he indeed is successful. The life of this world is only the enjoyment of deception (a deceiving thing)."

(Quran, Surah Al-Imran, verse 185)

The beauty of heart.

The beauty of the heart
is the lasting beauty:
its lips give to drink
of the water of life.
Truly it is the water,
that which pours,
and the one who drinks.
All three become one when
your talisman is shattered.
That oneness you can't know
by reasoning

Abdullah ibn Rawahah

When Islam rose up in arms in self-defence, Ibn Rawahah provided his service in all the battles: Badr, Uhud, Al-Khandaq, Al Hudaibiyyah, and Khaibar.

His perpetual slogan was these lines of poetry,

"O my soul, death is inevitable,

so it is better for you to be martyred."

He shouted at the disbelievers in every battle,

"O disbelievers, get out of my way.

My Prophet has all the excellent qualities".

The Battle of Mu’tah started, and, as we have mentioned, he was the third of the Commanders after Zaid and Ja’far. Ibn Rawaahah (May Allah be pleased with him) stood there as the army was about to leave Al- Madiinah and recited:

I truly ask the Most Beneficient’s forgiveness

and a mortal stroke of a sword

that will strike me down

foaming or a mortal stab

with a spear by a stubborn disbeliever

that will make my liver and intestine

show out of my body. So that

when people pass by my grave,

they will say: By Allah, you are

the most righteous warrior.

If the Prophet visited you

If the Prophet visited you

(Peace and blessings be upon him)

I wonder........................

If Prophet Muhammad visited you

Just for a day or two,

If he came unexpectedly,

I wonder what you would do.

Oh I know you would give your nicest room,

To such an honored guest,

And you would serve him your very best.

You would be the very best,

Because you're glad to have him there,

That serving him in your home

Would be a joy without compare.

But...when you see him coming,

Would you meet him at the door?

With your arms outstretched in welcome,

To your visitor?

Or...would you have to change your clothes

Before you let him in?

Or hide some magazines and put

The Quran where they had been?

Would you still watch those movies?

Or your T.V. set?

Or would you switch it off,

Before he gets upset.

Would you turn off the radio?

And hope he had not heard?

And wish that you did not utter

Your last loud hasty word?

Would you hide your worldly music?

And instead take out Hadith books?

Could you let him walk right in?

Or would you rush about?

And I wonder...if the Prophet spent, a day or two with you,

Would you go on doing the things you always do?

Would you go right on and say the things you always say?

Would life for you continue?

As it does from day to day?

Would your family conversations,

Keep up their usual pace?

And would you find it hard each meal,

To say a table grace?

Would you keep up each and every prayer?

Without putting on a frown?

And would you always jump up early,

For Fajr at dawn?

Would you sing the songs you always sing?

And read the book you read?

And let him know the things on which,

Your mind and spirit feed?

Would you take the Prophet with you?

Everywhere you plan to go?

Or, would you maybe change your plans,

Just for a day or so?

Would you be glad to have him meet?

Your very closest friends?

Or, would you hope they stay away,

Until his visit ends?

Would you be glad to have him stay?

Forever on and on?

Or would you sigh with great relief,

When he at last was gone?

It might be interesting to know,

The things that you would do.

If Prophet Muhammad, came,

To spend some time with you.

The Madman

“Your children are not your children.
They are sons and daughters of Life's longing for itself.
They come through you but not from you.
And though they are with you yet they belong not to you.

You may give them your love but not your thoughts,
For they have their own thoughts.
You may house their bodies but not their souls,
For thir souls dwell in the house of tomorrow, which you cannot visit, not even in your dreams.
You may strive to be like them, but seek not to make them like you.
For life goes not backward nor tarries with yesterday.
You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth.
The archer sees the make upon the path of the infinite, and He bends you with His might that His arrows may go swift and far.
Let your bending in the archer's hand be for gladness.
For even as He loves the arrow that flies, so He also loves the bow that is stable.”
Kahlil Gibran

Pure in Dust

You are like clear water
In a dusty container
Eventually that dirt will visible
Despite the purity is protected

Love is not just in the eyes
Love is present in the soul
Let go the mistake in their eyes
Let go the visible difference between us

*(I hope you will accept
Despite you will be contempt
Provided that we feel
the truth of our love

**Someday
certainly it will radiant
Door will open
we will stride together

There we see
The truth shines
Dust becomes diamond
Humiliation becomes glory)**

This isn't illusion that I give
But a real believe
although our love is like the ocean depths
certainly I will swim in it nevertheless*

A life is delusion

God made the illusion look real
and the real an illusion.
He concealed the sea
and made the foam visible,
the wind invisible,
and the dust manifest.
you see the dust whirling,
but how can the dust rise by itself?
you see the foam, but not the ocean.
invoke Him with deeds, not words;
for deeds are real
and will save you in the infinite-life.

A poem for 2013

The road ahead

I expect to pass through this world but once;

any good thing therefore that I can do, or any

kindness that I can show to any fellow-creature,

let me do it now; let me not defer or neglect it,

for I shall not pass this way again.

A Face of Friend.

I see faces,
they come and go.
I hear sentences, words and letters,
they are without sense and contents.
I see pictures,
they disintegrate to dust.
I recognize hands, many hands,
but I can’t catch them.
I feel coldness,
and find no warmth.
I experience grief, sorrow and pain,
and, nevertheless, can give no consolation.
I look into a deep abyss,
however, the abyss looks into me.
But, I see a bright light in the dark tunnel,
Faces, sentences, pictures, hands, warmth and consolation around it;
Friend, I love you!
