'Every human being has a story and that is a reality and every human being is a hero of that story'.

So here is my experience of my this research...
Since i started researching on human behavior 'Who am i?' this was the only question which disturbed me a lot. i asked to myself and that confusion got converted into a kink. Because every-time my mind and heart was identifying me with a different character. I was confused in this world to identify myself, I believe in making own decisions, I thought i will get answered by time of this question.
i was in a trap because of my needs, goals and humanity..
- I was working in a company as an engineer i was fulfilling my needs,
- I had a goal to becoming the best to satisfy myself,
- I was thinking about humanity and to do something good for the people around me.

so i was very much confused i was not in a state to decide, where i have to focus.
In between of these days i went to the mountains as i usually spend time with myself o there. i stayed in a mountain for a night and got answered by myself.
- You are an engineer and you should work to eat well to live well and to make your family happy, You have to fulfill all the your needs what makes you comfortable to think about your goals and the humanity.
Now i had another topic to think "this answer was the combination of my heart and mind" so i went back in the past and looked myself whatever aimed in the past i achieved in the present. I should aim for the future as well, so i decided i will earn paper money to fulfill my needs and i will share it if i will earn more then my needs.
I also got an answer from my mind that i am a human being with lots of goals and every human can fulfill the needs of themselves by making decisions and goals.
I saw an motivational speaker in my self and started supported people who needed motivational thoughts from me and i shared many of the experiences of my life with the people around me, i met may people some of them was kind, some made fun of mine but i made a smile on my face every time and in every situation i find my self the happiest person in the universe like a monkey.
I feel happy when i make others happy,
Today i know myself very well.
i might be a fool for someone or may be a good person for few. But i know Who am i.

Hello EC members first of all i would like to wish you all a very happy new year. after a very long time period i got some time to write over here. Through this blog i would like to share some experiences of my life which would be helpful to someone. Every one has a story but the the childhood is same.

 A kid was born somewhere as every children he enjoyed his life. Every children born with a positive powers that is the only reason that children learn everything quickly and smartly. A kid can not differentiate to the poor society and well off society , he also can not see any difference in a successful personality and a unsuccessful farmer. 

  The kid passes the time and became a boy and lost everything Whatever he had in the past when he was child.  He just got graduated and started working somewhere, he was not a brilliant student since childhood because he took study a of his life not study is life, A boy hungered to become a successful, He started reading the autobiographies of every successful man. watched lots of inspirational videos, he made a goal to become a successful celebrity, He just locked himself in a room for a week and covered the room with darkness. He thought only to ways to get successful in life-

person should be master in a thing where nobody can beat him no competitor 

                           or 

 He should work on the thing until and unless he would become s master no competitor. 

It,s a fact every successful man had this fact so he decided  go back to work and he worked hardly for next too year company earned lots of profit from his works and he got a bonus a trip to the mountains.

Boy took his friends himself whom he left 3 year back, they all went to the  trip of mountains they enjoyed they travelled in between of this trip a all the boys slept and he went to the huge waterfowl. He had always a question in his mind. question was WHY ,compared him self with that Waterfowl. About a minute after he got answer of his every question That Life not like a waterfowl we a like a wind. He started living like he was in his childhood full of enjoyment.

He never took study as a life he took it a part of life, he never took job is a life , he took its a part of life. 

The best answer he got from his heart that one day this body will get destroyed and you will not have includes the memories. But yOu will be remember in the world on your                                 KARMA

 I believe in I will rather then I can, The basic difference between Can and will is of your confidence on yourself. This motivational Story them WHO

loose the hopes and confidence just because of single  failures.    What i believe Failures are the parts Of our life, You must enjoy the  FAILURE  if you want taste a sweet SUCCESS.  I wrote all the blogs here on the basis of my personal experiences here so here is another experience i am going to share . :)

I met to the failures so many times as we all met to the same failures

When i was a kid i failed to stand on own legs as we all meet to this failure. But how we all got succeed in it we all know very well . We practiced and practiced 1000 times to stand up on our own legs, We all had only aim in our mined that  have to stand , what was in the mind I WILL.    And we all contributed practice and the Failure got converted into the success.

When i was teenager i met to the Failure again, this time i met to the failure in love , Failed to prove to that girl that nobody will love her that much how much i i do, i tried  again and again till the age of 23 from the age of 15 . this was a big failure and only failure of my life Where i never met to the success. Now i had some responsibilities to my family so i decided to focus on family values and gave minority to my Responsibilities. Because i felt if i am getting failed in it again and again  i will definitely work on it but have to work for my family values.

Now the story starts of failures 

i started Find job and met to the failures more then 50 times as i shared my story THE 59Th INTERVIEW based on my Failures. If you missed to read i can Describe briefly I gave 58 interviews to get a Designers job withe the different organizations and also worked ( a part time job ) for two years. Few months before i met to the success on it what i did PRACTICE to achieve my goal set.

I am writing this blogs to them who loose there hopes just because of a single failure. I Failed to get my love till now but i tried infect i am trying and i will never get success in that i will never Feel bad for it .  But never loose hope and confidence Just believe in your self you will get the success.

  Enjoy the life stay happy , work on your weaknesses , Practice infinite times , Try till die

BELIEVE ME YOU WILL  

The final experience for Human is the experience of DYING , the  experience of Birth and Die completes the process of life. Human body is the oldest MACHINE and machines can stop working anytime as we all know very well. My purpose to write this blog is again for the same about  HUMANITY . I Really do not know about the experience of Death. But i have a experience to see the died people i realized that this is i process of life it completes the process. Now i want to explain Practically what is exactly running in my mined.

A week ago my uncle planed for a family trip of somewhere , 2 day after his planning and lots of preparation for the tour Suddenly uncle felt pain in his mined . It was a Brain hemorrhage and uncle got hospitalized Doctors operated him and he survived for next 2 days Doctors Declared Him Dead .

Now what i felt after all this after this experience was uncle is dead he is no more I started remembering the good time , we had together. I was upset but a thought came in my mined The doctor was wrong that The uncle is no more 'Because he is still with me in my mined and in my heart' So how can i say that he is no more. Great human Never die great people are IMMORTALS they will always alive in our heart and in our memories. A i promise to you all If you people will do great works in welfare of people around you, help to others , love to others , enjoy with others , talk to others You all will alive always in the memories . 

When a human Die only the MACHINE die that day The great works done by the human never die. My uncle is still alive in my heart because he was great person . 

So Friends as i always sat to you to help others enjoy the life, live the life as kid because DEATH can come any time. 

I do not scared from the Death because it completes the process of life and i will enjoy my life with people around me and i will make others happy till the end of my life or the Death comes to me .

the condition that distinguishes animals and plants from inorganic matter, including the capacity for growth, reproduction, functional activity, and continual change preceding death is life or the existence of an individual human being or animal that is all in a scientific language.
But for me life is a glorious gift given by god, and we are not enjoying it now as we enjoyed it in the very first stage (childhood), No fear of any competition, we all had only one challenge that to collect Kick(happiness,experiences,fun). But at the second stage we entered in a room from it was difficult to see the past because of few competitions (Exams , life settlement, to become rich) and then then life became faster. we are in that room from where we ca not see the outer world , we can only see to our competitors, from this room stairs starts to upward direction, and every human is fighting to each other to go faster to become rich they are aborting each other to become and richer or if i will say to get successful in your language. this is worst be for me the richest or most successful human of this world is that person who is most rich at heart. who is kind and who live his like a kid to help other, kind heart, who is enjoying his life with others, who is not compering others with religion. Life is too short and if u will take it as a race it will become much shorter and at the end u will not feel good so good because u will have only one experience of this race nothing else. And that feeling can not be good.
so Enjoy the life as a kid enjoy the every moment enjoy with every human might be it is a happy moment do not hurt anyone try to make m
people happy around u and take all the responsibility but complete it with happiness. surely you will achieve your goal very easily as we achieved so many things at the childhood. but at least you will enjoy the life if u will be fail in some exams. Ask ones to the seniors citizens how they enjoyed there life and what they are missing? is money is everything? should we have to participate in that race or we should enjoy like a kid ? we will get the right answer because experience does not lie :) I write these blogs because i want some changes i want unity in all of us i want to contribute humanity , i do not want to hate any one life is love . do not hate to anyone love to all help to all whom u can hell and enjoy your life :)

The accomplishment of an aim or purpose is success. Achievement of an action within a specified period  of time or within a specified parameter  Success can also mean completing an objective or reaching a goal. Success can be expanded to encompass an entire project or be restricted  to a single component  of a project or task. It can be achieved within the workplace, or in an individual  personal life. For example, if an individual's personal goal is to be accepted in a new career, success would occur after the individual has been officially accepted into his or her new place of employment.
So for me the success is all about to complete a task or a mined set goal. I believe that the the human can achieve everything whatever he want in his life. why god make a human different from other bodies around the word? 
a simple answer comes in my mined god sent us here for the welfare of this whole world by invention, helping others, and to live the beautiful life with joy. when a human take birth he enjoy the life without any tension and get success in the every situation only his focus is contributed by him to get success. But when he or she gets younger the negative powers around him disturbed him to get success the negativity ruined to the human. 

According to me if u drive a car that means you are successful and we meet to the success everyday when we learn something new. Does really a man is successful if he is well off ? yes he is successful in that case. You will surely meet to the your goal if you have a focus power and patients. Live give us chances like a cricket ball it comes again and again does not matter if you are getting failed to hit six and missing the every ball. One day will definitely come when you will get a ball to which you will hit as a six and you will get the success. 

you just have to wait for the right time you have to focus on your goal and hope and confidence that you will achieve it observation is an important step in every process of life.

never loose the hope and confidence because everything is possible for a human so enjoy the life live like a child you will get the success very easily because the biggest success of your life was that when u spoke the first word , when u started walking on own legs, and u achieved it so easily.......

The story of a boy who struggled a lot for a job but never loose the hope and the confidence. The boy who belongs to the very poor society and very undeveloped place and he was not very sharp minded as others around himself. A 20 year boy completed his technical graduation and went up in search of a job and started searching a pertinent job this was this was the first time when he left the home and started searching a job very far from his home he was happy and started giving interviews. The boy was so shy simple and innocent he had not any quality the interviewer looks in a recruiter but he had lots of confidence in him that he will crack the interview very easily. went for the 1st interview so he got his turn to introduce himself he started giving a brief introduction after the day organization announced the names of the selected candidates but he did not hear hid name in the selected list, he got confused he thought i gave such a great interview why do not get selected and went back to the home and decided to give another round in the same company another day he went for the same interview and 2nd day was also almost the same as first day of his interview again he decided to give a interview. next day when he was trying to get entered in the company a worker stopped him and said you can not apply this company gives only two chances and u lost and he replied in a ok word and went back towards the home but he think for a minute then he just went to the shop of print out and started printing so many resumes after that he decided to give 5 interviews every day to learn what a recruiter looks in a candidate he started giving interviews from the next days started watching videos started learning books and collected very much information. After 2 month When he felt that now he is ready to give a interview and this time he will definitely get success. he passed more then 40 interviews and never cleared one, that time his focus was learning and he just learnt a lot from last past 40 interviews on the basis of all the knowledge he went for another interview in every interview the first round was common so he had so much experience for the first round of interview and cleared the first round this time very easily and this time he misses the 2nd round again he started work on his weaknesses. Repeated the same process again and again till the 58th interview. And this was the day when he got the answer why nobody is taking him in the reason was he was not so brilliant minded but he was hardworker and smartworker and he judged the 2 best qualities of him so he found his hpe and his confidence he gave 58 interviews just to learn something new and he calculated on the basis of all the interviews that whatever interviewer ask to us then his next question comes from our last answer and decided to give answers like that the interviewer will ask the question whatever i want to answer and this time he was so confident that his formula will work. next day he went to the same organization from there he started this journey he was well dressed up, much confident and this time went for the interview and started it, interviewer started asking question as same as he knows and answered and as per planned finished the interview and cleared the interview in the 59th attempt. 

So the hope and confidence are two things if you have then you will definitely get succeed and the work you r doing should b a smart work the thing plays an important role in success process 

observation +hard work + positive energy + goal = Success

Happiness plays an important role in human life so every human in search of it. But most of them are finding it in some things which which will be a temporary someone searching happiness in a big car and someone is in huge business but this is worst. U will get a temporary happiness for a very short time imagine a day after u purchase a brand new car u meet to the accident the time is change u were happy yesterday today you are sad because u met to the accident. What i want to say through this blog if u r searching for real happiness or any permanent happiness then ask to your heart what is the real happiness for your heart. According to me a real or a permanent happiness is to help a others either he is a human or animal if someone need help then go for it show that you are a human and humanity will never die. So it does not mean that if u love some kind of temporary happiness a car then to go for it just go for it because that will also be a state of happiness but never forget the permanent happiness because it will make u always happy. happiness is love and this whole world is so lovely so distribute it collect it and u will fell the happiness then the happiness will not be need it will be a part of our life......
