I chose Jane Austen "Pride and Prejudice"... I think 2-3 chapters a day it will be good for me.

English movies
2. Korean (yes-yes, I've lived in Korea already one year and shame on me (!) I know only a few simple phrases.. TT )
I will read Korean study book... I don't know will be it possible for me read it every day, but I'm planning to read this book
3-4 times a week (read, learn words)
3. Narbekov's curative gymnastics for spine (I need to do this every day (!!!) I've already did it every day, after that I felt better, but one day I've skiped it (because of my idleness :((
