I enter in “company bagh” Public Garden at 9 am. It is very beautiful garden in which there are bunch of trees and also due to good weather and spring season the environment is very pleasant. This garden has many blocks like Family Park, public garden, library, IT park and basketball court.

Due to off day I saw a few families in the park, children were playing and cheering in this park. The condition and the cleanliness of Family Park is not good.

In garden there are a lot of people walking talking and drinking green tree. In the public garden people are seated on the ground in circles who are discussing general public matters. They came to the garden with their friends in order to spent sometimes in a relax environment and sometimes to discuss something important. Although in every place there is a note that keep the garden clean and also dustbins are placed but due to illiteracy and careless behavior of the people there is a lot of garbage and wrappers in the garden which is spoiling the beauty of the garden.

On one side of the garden there is a stage which is built for public events and political conference. In the garden I also observed that cops are continuously walking around the garden the main reason is that it is a public area and it has a security threat and also drug addicts and stray people also come in the garden. one think I want to share is that as we  all know that in Kohat there is not a single massage center but in the garden I saw many Punjabi boys holding ointment bottles in their hands and aged people approach them for massage in this way garden is working as a massage center for the aged people.

In the company bagh there is a Bacha Khan Memorial Library, in the library there are very few peoples who are reading newspapers and books, in the library I observed that the books are very outdated, I saw some of Kohat famous poets pictures like Faraz Ahmad Faraz in the library. On the second floor of the Bacha Khan Memorial Library IT park kohat is situated, it is recently inaugurated. The reason for the establishment of the IT Park Kohat  give an opportunity to the IT students of Kohat to get jobs and gain experience through internship .The IT park is in development phase as some labors are working.

At the end in Company Bagh most of the people come to spent leisure time to relax themselves but also most of them spoils the beauty of the place the by throwing wrappers and tobacco filters in the garden, Bacha Khan Memorial Library and IT Park has the capacity to developed the image of company bagh in the eyes of Kohat people.
