As we know, Ukraine and Poland are the two countries hosting the football championship for Euro 2012 in summer 2012. So at the moment our city is doing the best to prepare Kharkiv for this event. Everybody is involved. It does not mean that everyone goes across the city with a shovel trying to dig something up. :) Of course no, but everyone looks forward to this magnificent football holiday. And it is interesting to know that an event of such scale is being held in Ukraine for the first time...Great job has been done already. The old gloomy stadium has been reincarnated to a new one. And now it is a gem of our city. The airport has changed its face and now it is super modern the air gates of our city. I like to watch how my native city is being transformed. And I am overfilled with pride for it. :) Everyone who will visit Kharkiv will be amazed by its beauty, hospitality, and nice people who will meet you with the smile on their face. Not to mention, Kharkiv is a city of students....about 300 thousand students are studing here. :) ...
