why do I like to organize?

Because the organization taught me how to respect the opinions and arguments of others, and how to diplomate properly and correctly.

And in my organization many find different characters and personalities, there are individuals who curb their will but cannot accept the opinions of others and there are those who always accept the opinions of others,  here I learned a lot about each other's personalities and how to negotiate with them
