At first it's tough, with all these symptoms; hot flashes, depression, paranoia, irritability, low self-esteem, and other few to mention. Lucky is the woman who never experience the same symptoms as the others, and some women never experience and feel any symptoms of perimenopause. How I dealt with it? After doing my household chores and doing nothing anymore I go out of the house; I don't let myself stock on my bed alone or see myself keep quiet and doing nothing inside the house. I go out, I talk to friends, keep myself busy and never entertain whatever emotion I could eventually feel. It isn't easy by it's worth trying for. Try it, for me it's effective. And for Believers, prayer is the most powerful tool to overcome depression, just have faith and help yourself. There are a lot more remedies but I want to hear/read yours too.
