I mean the first question which is about familiar topics. I do not know why I have problem talking about them but, I am a little bit better at other questions.

I was wondering how we can enhance our English knowledge about first question which is a general question. I mean I personally do not have problem talking about simple subjects but when it comes to difficult subjects like science or something like this, I have problem. So, how can I practice this part for the exam? I very much appreciate your help in advance.
