I would like to share this awesome cover of Katy Perry's 'Firework' song.
I'm not a Katy Perry's music fan, but I admit that I like the message of this song (but I prefer this cover made by Pearl and the Beard & Sophie Madeleine --the one I link in this post-- than the original song)
I've always been a rock & punk music lover, but I think as time goes by, we all become more 'soft' and corny about our music tastes. It sucks, but oh well...
Anyway, this song try to remind us that we shouldn't underestimate us. We all have something special to share to the world... We all can shine! ^_^

Dear Marry! I am not a fun of Katty Perry's music, either. But you are right, the lyrics is good. Bards, singer poets, usually express their feelings better. As to me, I do like Russian chanson although I don't know Russian but my wife translates for me and I sometimes write my lyrics on that music. Besides, bards are those who start new trends. I, myself, am fond of country music and it is so very different now. So, what I'd like to say is that I admire any artist who tries to sound differently and express his true feelings. Thank you for this nice song!

Oh, Mary, i like this song very much. When i listen to it from Katy Perry, it gives me a touching feeling and a very strong feeling at the same time. This version of the song is also very good, it is more light and gives some other value to the song. :)
I posted this song (sung by Katy Perry) on my facebook 5 years ago. It makes us do believe in ourself.
