Last day i was watching The 6th part from Harry Potter movies.I wonder why Witches always ride broomsticks not rocket or flying dish or.... so do you have answer?

I have never been an irritant to them even in my younger years. I loved and will always love grandmothers. They deserve to be happy for the remaining days of their lives. Hello Kamel, This is just my own personal assumption Kamel. I think it has something to do with being old and wicked. In my country most of the very old ladies are often seen holding a broomstick. They are fond of cleaning their surroundings and easily gets angry if the places they cleaned becomes very dirty or messy. So the broomstick is somewhat connected to them from the beginning... hahaha :-) Maybe a witch riding on a vacuum cleaner will come out next time or a land mower... :-) Good luck! -lynne-

Hmm, I don't think so.
I could never remember an incident where I messed or I made dirty what they have cleaned I only remembered helping them. I have never been an irritant to them even in my younger years.

I don´t know why, perhaps it is connected with the ancient times of the tales, when there weren´t this kind of transport or thoughts and the clidrens used the broomsticks like horses and the next step was think that it could fly. I don´t know
