1_Do you study just when you have an exam?why?
In fact , yes . I feel that i can forget information easily so i perfer to study as close to exam day as i can , i know that may be wrong but thats effective at least with me !
2_Do you feel stressful when you have exams?
Yes sure , thats natural.
3_What do you do to reduce your tension caused by the fear of exam?
I always try to listen to soft music or go out
4_Do you procrastinate your studies till the very last moments near to the deadline?why?
I think yes , thats me :)
5_Do you have a useful method which helps you study the material so that you enjoy learning?
It depends on the material , some materials need memorizing and another need summerizing and so forth ...
For me , I like to write what i have studied to make sure that I have succeeded on studing , also i always like to read outloud the material first then i start to sort ideas .
I think I am not that kind of person who left my study materials until the very last moment. This is more difficult than studying every day for at least thirty minutes. I usually prefer to study every day for a short period of time than to study before the exam.
yes, I think i am really afraid of exams but not that much afraid that I can not control myself. But, recently, I am working on it so that exam becomes a really normal task like other things for me. The best thing is that if I prepare myself for the exam, there is no need to be stressful and it is good to enjoy even enjoying the exam. Before exam, I try to go asleep early at night and have a light meal. During the exam, I take deep breathe. By controling the breath, we can control our stress. And to sum up, I should not take life very seriously. It is good to have FUN!
I think I am the person who do whatever i enjoy. I mean I can not study the field that I don't like only because others think that it is great. I prefer to live for myself without paying attention to what others think. However, It is not easy to live like that. So, whatever I study i enjoy. My method is before studying the subject, I choose the subject that i like. And the other method that I have is that if i get more familiar with the subject, I will probably be more interested in it. But, I wouldn't call them methods, it is more related to attitude rather than method in my case.
