In fact, I don't care about clothes, deeds, and speech to judge his personality. May be we need a lot of time to give real judgement. Most of time the first impression be wrong.

People is not clothes or words , we can not judge others personalities by the first look or impression .. there are alot of people who you do not like by the first time you meet them , but after some time you will discover inside them a real good person .. By talking more and more , we can find out how wrong we were to dislike this person ..
What you said about cloths..., they are as a part of languge that its known as body language. Body language is an important part of communication which can constitute 50% or more of what we are communicating. If you wish to communicate well, then it makes sense to understand how you can use your body to say what you like to. There is still somthing, thats we have to beware of falling into the wrong interpretation of individual's personality. Watching other people is not enough to know about their personality. For example, you can tell little from looking at a person. You can guess, but you will need more data to be sure. So, with more communication in different situations maybe you can find some character of personality.
