This is one of the cleverest email's I've ever seen.

    Maybe it was a hard puzzle but it seems that it was so easy for you!

    Why do you want to prevent hard puzzles in this group?!

    When we have such clever persons here we must think about harder one certainly!

      ohh..haha..I thought you have posted this puzzle you will know about the answer, but you are not .. :) ..anyway thanks for posted this interesting puzzle.

    Dear all: The answer is 12. This is a really hard puzzle, I tried so long time to find the answer, in the first time that I saw the picture, I tried to count they's head , count the legs, and tried to make sure that which one disappear or which one appear, but the way that I did just made me confuse. Finally I gave up my way. when I wanted to leave this page, I decided to see the picture the last time, and I saw the big picture that  Ghalia post on, suddenly I found the very easy way to find the answer....well, let see the picture again, the 12 people picture is the original picture, there is no deal with, but the 13 people picture have it, we can find it easily with the head of the first person on the left. so the original picture is 12 people , the answer must be 12....just try!!
