  • Dear Mohit! Those words are not 100% synonyms. Besides, we don't use ponder with the preposition about. We say ponder over (upon) (it is the same: over is more American, so to say). Ponder/think over are very similar. They mean that some decision has been made after being considered for a rather long time. For example:

Before making up his mind he pondered (thought) that matter over for some days.

Think about is a little different. It means that we think about some matter and nothing more. For example:

    - What are you thinking about at the moment?
-Well, I am thinking about how to make my answer clear for you.

Dear Mohid! All three sentences have the same meaning. In fact, the first sentence explains the meaning of the two others because mull/ponder over are the phrasal verbs. In this particular sentence you can delete with myself and the sense will be saved. However, this phrase emphasizes the fact of hard decision. I would leave it in the sentence. As to "over". You can use "ponder" without "over". But "mull" must be used with this preposition. The difference between "ponder" and "ponder over" is the same as between "think" and "think over". For example:

She pondered the question what to wear.
She pondered over what to wear.

Those sentences mean the same but, as you see, their construction is a little different.

As to your questions. The following is how they should be written.

Q: Have all these sentences the same meaning? (British form. American: Do all these sentences have the same meaning?)

Q: If I remove with myself from these sentences, will they be right _ or not?

Q: Are mulling over & _ mulling the same _?

Q: Do pondering over & _ pondering have the same meaning?

Q: have all these sentences same meaning?

Q: If I remove with myself from these sentences then it will be a rite sentence or not?

Q: mulling over & only mulling are same meaning?

Q: pondering over & only pondering have same mean?

And Tanya also tell me that I have put query in a rite way (grammar and other things of English language) or not?

  • Dear Farid! It is uneasy to answer to your question because all three words are learned in different parts of grammar. So, I will start from the easiest answer.

"Feel like" should be always followed by the gerund.

I feel like getting sick (means:I may be getting sick or It seems to me, I am getting sick or something like that)

"Suppose" should be always followed by the infinitive. It can be used both with the complex object or complex subject.

I suppose him to call (complex object. Means: I think he will call or something very close to it)
He is supposed to call. (complex subject. Meaning is the same)

"Must" is a modal verb. It expresses actual necessity.
"To have to" is its synonym but, on the other hand, it expresses forced necessity in the Present. For example:

I must do that ( means that I realize the necessity of doing that and my attitude to this fact is positive)
I have to do that ( means that somebody or, rather, something makes me do it)

We shouldn't use "must" with the second person. Instead we use "should" that sounds soft.

    You should do that.

Negative forms of these verbs are different.

"Mustn't" means that somebody doesn't want you to do that because he doesn't like it. For example:

    - May I take a walk?
    - You mustn't.
( I don't allow you because I don't want you to do it)

"don't have to" means that there is no need to do that. For example:

I don't have to go there ( There is no need in going there. I can call, for example)

    Is it clear now?

  • Dear Nebia! You see, you are asking me to rewrite a chapter from grammar book. I can't do it physically. It will take me a day or more to type the answer! Please, ask me more particular questions. What is not clear about the reported speech?

  • Dear Trai Pham! You English is rather good. In my opinion, it is upper-intermediate or, at least, very close to it. You can pass my level test if you like.
