  I took IELTS 3 years ago, I am working full time, and my English seems worse because of lacking practicing. Therefore, having some friends on skype to speak in free time is a good idea while I don't have much time for classes.

  In 4 skills, speaking is the worst because when I practice with my sister, we easily switch back to mother tounge language, so I am looking for a friend who cannot speak my mother-tounge language, :D. Another difficulty is that I am a silent person, and my major is electronics and computer engineering, so speaking/ conversation is not my strength.
