I have an idea since everyone has her/his own background of vocabulary. Everyone can share one or more words she/he finds them new with the their sentences in the book. Then she/he writes their meaning with some examples from his own imagination in order to keep those words in mind. I think, by this way, we can learn together with some joy. So, let's get started!

  • "you are over-scrupulous, surely."

"Scrupulous" is an adjective means extremely honest, or doing everything correctly and exactly as it should be done.

    - A scrupulous politician would not lie about her business interests.
    - The nurse told him to be scrupulous (= extremely careful) about  keeping the wound clean.
    my example is:
    - Parents must be over-scrupulous about telling the dangers of bad friends to their children.
