Dear friends

Unfortunately I couldn’t attend your nice discussion recently because of the month of my exams. But I’m following them. Your ideas are so wise so that I felt that I can consult with you in a subject and also I thought it can be a discussion. I really need your opinions.

The subject is:

Think that you have to choose a person for doing a job (For example a master for your project)                  

There are 4 options:

1. This person is full of information. You know him well. You are sure that he can answer all of your questions in that field. Being in touch with him is much easier. He is a little prideful, but you like him much more others because of his high level and his good behavior. You know well that he can be the best option.

2. You don’t know this person so much. But he is very famous in his field. You don’t have any idea about choosing him, but everybody is speaking about selecting him.

3. You know this person about 2 years. He is young and full of new ideas. You know well that he can help you to do your job as a unique one. He is a logical option in your idea.

4. And finally the last person. You don’t know him so much. You saw him about some months and during this time you felt that he doesn’t have any information about his field. You know well that he can’t help you at all. But there is a strange feeling in your heart that says to you, you must choose him! (Really there isn’t any special reason for that. It’s just a feeling that you feel in your heart)

Now, what would you do?
