The next planet was inhabited by a tippler. This was a very short visit, but it plunged the little prince into deep dejection.
"What are you doing there?" he said to the tippler, whom he found settled down in silence before a collection of empty bottles and also a collection of full bottles.
"I am drinking," replied the tippler, with a lugubrious air.
"Why are you drinking?" demanded the little prince.
"So that I may forget," replied the tippler.
"Forget what?" inquired the little prince, who already was sorry for him.
"Forget that I am ashamed," the tippler confessed, hanging his head.
"Ashamed of what?" insisted the little prince, who wanted to help him.
"Ashamed of drinking!" The tippler brought his speech to an end, and shut himself up in an impregnable silence.
And the little prince went away, puzzled.
"The grown-ups are certainly very, very odd," he said to himself, as he continued on his journey.

It's exactly the answer of last question about circle .
A puppet ! one who can't break the segments. One who is rotating in its circle.One who can break it but prefer to jump to next segment of his closed circle and as you see at the end of his life he is thinking about "other vision " and I doubt if God gave him one more piece of life, he took advantage of that time, the best he could. Because there were so many "pieces of life" for him to do that.

I'm going to answer your question in other way. I've prepared a part of a letter which Gabriel Garcia Marquez's written to his friends to say "Good bye" This great Latin American writer, has said goodbye to the public life due to complications in his health: lymphatic cancer.
I recommend you to read it, because this short text is really inspiring.

He has a repetitive behavior. Never wanted to break the bad cycle that is happening in his life...But how one knows that he is just repeating his own bad cycle? Sometimes we people cant see it even bad things happen again and again,,So my dear friend Darius what are the indications that we just circling the same circle before...How could we prevent that..and how can break that...because circle means endless, you just round and round around it...Could you explain your ideas furthermore about it?
