How can we do a job in the best way, but faster?

Hi my dear friends

 

Every time that I have consulted with you, I could get the best results by doing your ideas in my life. Really I think that this group has a great potential for showing the right ways, and it is only because of new, different, unique and wise ideas inside it.

I must thank all of you.

And let me ask you the other question please.

 

 

Think that a process will last about 1 year.

For example, doing a project, writing or translating a book, drawing a picture, and etc. And it depends on your trying directly.

But you want to finish it 6 months or even less than it.

 

Which ways can we use to decrease its time in your idea?

    Let me tell a story . I've told this story several times because I think it is really useful.

     

    There was a young man who was going to be the best samurai around (according to his father's request who was the best Samurai ).Young man had had so many teachers but he couldn't get any useful lessons .So he went to a cave where a priest was living there and asked if he can help him to be the best swordsman . " No problem!"  the priest said to him. But young man wanted to know how many years it takes for him to be the best one. So he asked the priest. "More than 5 years" He answered. Young man was surprised 5 years was a long time and he was in hurry "If I try as hard as I can?" he asked the priest again "In this way it takes more than 10 years" The old priest answered . There was no way so young man accepted the first choice. The priest asked him to do dishes as his first exercise,so he sent him beside the river to wash the dishes. As the young man was doing the dishes priest went toward him from behind carrying a long wooden stick in his hand and kicked him hard in his head. Young man fell down unconsciously and priest went back to his cave to pray.Some hours later when he got conscious and felt himself better went in to the cave but the priest asked him to finish his job "Go and do the dishes" He said ….And again another kick ! harder than the first one….

    By the way he kicked the young man in all any situations successively.

    When he was eating .When he was sleeping .When he was doing his prayer .He kicked and kicked.

    After less than two years young man was able to guess the direction and speed of kicks in all situations .Then he was able to make himself safe against all kicks even blindly.

    He was the best Samurai around only in two years and he could keep this honor for ever.

      Yes, you said this story before but I had forgotten it. Now, I have read it again and I’m sure that I will never forget it because it is very close to that situation.

      If you ask me to get some results I should say:

      There were some components to make him as a successful student.

      First

      He didn't use teachers for his swordsmanship

      He asked a methodologist

      It means we need a good method

      Second :

      Thinking about time is completely useless

      We should do our best without thinking about time

      Third :

      Kicks could be useful and we should be a thick skin one. Specially in our first steps

      We can keep ourselves safe very soon about kicks.

      Fourth :

      We should do the dishes as our first exercise .It means we should change our way and  the thinking way of ours.

      There were so many mistakes there in my writing but the fifth key is "we should forget about mistakes we can cover them later"
