i think fortunate person is who knows him/herself as a fortunate one.i think being fortunate is only depend on our attitudes. if i consider myself as a fortunate one so i am so, if not then i'm not so.but even these people complain in some cases too ,however they may satify again after a while.you know complaining just comes out from one's tiredness of a particular situation.so it is quit common.

Complaint is different from wanting more. Complaint means that we aren’t satisfied and thankful about what we have. But wanting more doesn’t have any contradiction with being satisfied.
