The best way to speak english is not only one way. There has many ways you can use to talk with other people. You think you can speak and want to speak. That's a good idea! You will be confident enough to do that. It will become the real thing.
For me, the best way to speak english is to speak as clear as possible, it doesn't matter the speed...and we have to have a good ear to be a good speaker, so, sharp your ear first and afterward you gonna see the difference!
Yes, Mr. Dunckun is right. English belongs to nobody, but English belongs to anybody. Nowadays there are tons of English pronunciation. Hispanic English, African English, Middle East English, Janpanese English etc. What is important is contents of what is being said, not pronuciation only if it is understanable. Language represents thought.
