    The best way to speak english is not only one way. There has many ways you can use to talk with other people. You think you can speak and want to speak. That's a good idea! You will be confident enough to do that. It will become the real thing.

    In my view,i think the best way of speaking English is to listen to it in correct way and then speak it .
