i am a new English teacher. i am advanced in writing and reading skills but i have difficulty in speaking skill. i know some tips to improve speaking but it is not enough according to me. i need to talk to friends who are native speaker of English, i know.i am not fluent enough in English.

the best way is to have will and love the language. There are many ways to learn how to speak english..my advise is to speak very often to yopur colleagues no matter your english speaking is. we can only learn by trying and trying till we get skilled.I advise you to downlaod podcasting into your mobile phone or anyother devise for the matter an ipod woud be a good idea and execrcise yourself by repeating what you hear.
