you know when we say " who I am makes a difference " ,we immediately think of a positive difference ...did you pay attention to it? isn't it strange ?
why do we feel good by this saying?
why don't we think of a negative difference in others' lives? i mean why don't we think this way: "yeah, my being makes a difference ,but in a way that always disturbs others' lives"?
maybe it is just important to us TO BE SEEN ,am i right?
or maybe our default conveys positive thought about this saying ...

Thanks for your comment...I think they ment that this junior executive had helped many young boys to plan their future studies and works..That leads him to help also the son of his boss..Actually I think he helped his boss to change his character to be a kind one with all the people around him especially his son..
