Hello Emi, here is what I think and hopefully I won't change the way I think about it hahha.
First of all I believe changes could be either for better or worse, I don’t think someone would like to stay the same for ever, since no one is perfect, and if we don’t have the opportunity to change, we don’t get the opportunity to improve or look up for better things.
There is a difference though in letting people to change YOU all the time, being pretty easy to handle, if you aren’t firm in something strong you believe, it will be pretty easy for people to influence on you, and I don’t think this is very good sometimes, cause one day you believe something and the next day you don’t.
I do like changes, because that has brought me the opportunity to become a better person, a better teacher (to focus it somewhere), as more as I learn, I realize there are different, better ways to do something, different methods, techniques that might be better, if I would just want to stick with the same, old method I’m not leaving the opportunity first of all to my students and second of all to myself to improve our teaching and learning.

Hello, I have to say that I sometimes change my viewpoints, but that doesn't mean I have no strong belief in what I do or think. Whenever I get to change my viewpoint must be a matter of doing some previous research on the topic to be considered. and it is in the results of such investigations what could at some point, make me change my mind. In fact any opinion about specific topic have many point of views it depend on your position of view to the topic , i mean that it depend on the person himself his culture his ethinisity and religioun and his internal environment and extarnal (arond him) envirnment.
