These all grow underground and are used in many recipes. Last night we were lazy. We had chicken fingers (from a box) and a fresh fruit and vegetable platter. My daughter tried broccoli and ate a green pepper. She is very picky (doesn't like fruits or veggies), so I was so proud of her. We had to tell her about scurvy to convince her that she needs Vitamin C.
