fille..i use flour instead of smeed its good ..neither ground couscous nor bulgar work ..only flour ..did u remember the pastries photos i added before about 2 days ? this pastry of oregano as those ok?
and this vedio i added now i dont mean this exactly..i meant the others if u can get them ..frankly!! to me hasn't good show at all ..this one with tomatoes....but without it its good.

I never do tyúklábpörkörkölt or whatever in my kitchen,so I don't know how to prepare them,I just want to share here my own recipes,as other members do too.
For me traditional Hungarian is gulyás,what I often use to make,as far as possible in the open air,in a stew-pot,it's the best.
I'm sorry,but I have to tell you that I detest pacalpörkölt....mdrrrrr....
