    Does anyone know how to cook dosa, a south Indian dish. I am originally north Indian. I like south Indian dishes but never been able to cook dosa properly.I can cook potato filling properly but actual dosa is so difficult. I guess consistency of better is not proper, it's either gets too thin or thick.

    hope someone could help me.

Root crops challenge

These all grow underground and are used in many recipes. See if you can name them in English and then tell us how you like to prepare them, if you wish.The orange ones on the left are common in most countries.  Those in the center are sometimes cooked along with their leaves (or greens).  Both parts are good to eat.Those on the right are not as easy to see in the photo, but are very red, even on the inside.
