I made this cake yesterday for my family,and it was a great success and very delicious too!
Coconut cake
Ingredients:
10 eggs
30 g sugar
15 g desiccated,ground coconut
15 dkg ground walnuts
4 tablespoons white flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 / 2 lemon juice
20 g powdered sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 pack vanilla pudding cooking salt
3 dl milk
25 dkg
3 tbsp cocoa powder
White pasta:
Beat a hard foam from 5 egg whites, to give 15dkg. sugar, 15 gr. coconut, 1 / 2 packs of baking powder, 2 tablespoons white flour, and at the end of half a lemon juice.Put grease proof paper to the form,add the pasta then bake for
15 minutes at 180'-.
Brown pasta:
Beat a hard foam from 5 egg whites, to give 15dkg. sugar,
then add 15dkg ground walnuts. 3 tbsp. cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons white flour, 1/2pack of baking powder and bake for
15 minutes at 180'-.
Filling:
10 egg yolks 20dkg powdered sugar 1cs vanilla sugar.beat it in a mixer, add 3dl milk, 1 pack of vanillia pudding. Heavy cream and simmer on fire and then cool it down.When it is cold mix it well with 25dkg margarine.
Combination:
white pasta is underneath,put half of the vanillia cream on it,then brown pasta,and the remaining cream goes on the top&on the side of it. The tops are decorated with taste(with almond flakes)!

It's worth to try,it was the first time I prepared this cake,but due to the clear method I succeeded at the first time.
It is really easy to do,and for the vanillia puding I use this sort:it's a 40g pack
