After cleaning the chicken Put on it kinds of spices which do you like then put it into the oven for grilling but dont make it have the dark color because you will put it again with bread later into the ovenPeel and Chop the onion but not very small pieces thenAdd the olive oil and when it simmer a little bit addSome cooking spices and sumac (is very important )Bring the bread and then add the oil and the onion over it thenPut on it form 2 to 3 pieces of the grilled chickenon the bread and spray some somak once again over the chicken and the bread ,YOU may make more than one loaf of bread with chicken.then put it into the oven one more time to grill together but not for long timeyou can serve it with soup and yogurt.Bon AppetitAL-SOmaq
