I can't answer your question exactly,I tried many-many recipes during the years.
I have a few classical cookbooks-with typical Hungarian recipes,and I have my own little notebook,mainly for desserts,I take down in it my favorite ones,I use to prepare.
Yes,there are hundreds and tons of cookbooks,I rather like to use a recipe based on a personal experience,or a recipe I saw in tv or if a friend advise me to do it,as here....
Recently I use internet too,there are loads of good recipes there.
