My son graduated in March 2014 an international business management from a University in Malaysia and at my own expense because she thought I would quickly suitable post. He reverted to his native Yemen and all the confidence and hope for that little niche is already required. But after more than 15 interviews he found most of vacancies has gone to the female. I am not against women working but we have to understand the religious and social differences of women from one place to another, there is a difference between our Arabic society and others societies. In Arabic society often women are not obliged to any expenses including personal expenses. The Islamic religion, customs and traditions imposed and committed men either father or brother or husband or son..to offer education and provide the female all she needs. It certainly is honored and raise the status of women. Young new guys graduation must marry. He should pay the dowry of a wife and home furnishing and also wife and kids expenses. At a time when women get the job at same time she’s waiting arrival of fitting pair. Where will this husband will come and most of the jobs would go to women. I think she has lost a greater opportunity to get less great one.

This is not just for Arabs...
We Persians have such a problem too...
But the problem are not working women....
The problem is that most of our girls do not marry until they do go to the university...
The average of marriage in Iran is 27yrs old for men and 22yrs old for women...
That's horrible...
I as a 19yrs old Iranian boy will marry maybe in 30yrs old...
That's the fact that I cannot ignore...
My brother married in 30yrs old and he has just a little son now...
I do not want to be like him in this issue but I have to...
I must find a good job first...
