Im very pleaesd to be in this group and look forward to pouring comments about Islam later. Id love to express gratitutes to EC founder and staff for having given a golden chance to share our views on Islam.
e leading scholar of the second millennia, Imam Rabbani (KS) says that: “Someone who admits two religions will be considered ahl al-shirk. The one who attempts to combine Islam and kufr is also a mushrik since avoiding the kurf is a prerequisite of Islam and avoiding the suspicion of shirk is tahwid. For instance, to respect days that are considered important by Hindus, or to comply with the traditions common to the Jews requires kufr. In this sense, the less knowledgeable Muslim, women in particular, carry out ceremonies that al kuffar does on certain days. Assuming those days as feast themselves, they give presents to their relatives and friends, as well. Thus, they respect and comply with the ceremony in all senses. All these are shirk and kufr in Islam.” (Mektubat-i Imam Rabbani, 3 /41) “Once, I visited a patient, who was about to die. When I got deeper into his condition, I realized that his heart was in deep darkness. No matter how hard I tried to make that darkness disappear, it didn’t. After so many trials, I realized that it was due to the kufr hidden in him. The reason for that trouble was his friendship with ahl al-kufr. So, I deduced that making effort for him to defeat that darkness was pointless because the way for him to clean up from the darkness depended on punishment in jahannam, which was the price of kufr. Also, I was let know that he had some amount of faith which would protect him from staying in the jahannam eternally.”(Mektubat-› I. Rabbani, 1/266.) THE FIRE in JAHANNAM DOESN’T BURN YOU While Resulullah (SAW) was in Mecca, someone came and cooked meal for Sahabahs. Meanwhile, he was disturbed by the fire as he was cooking. The Prophet (SAW) realized the situation and informed the man “From now on, the fire in jahannam will not touch you.”
Reported by K`ab bin Malik (RA): Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "Two hungry wolves sent in the midst of a flock of sheep are no more destructive to them than a man's greed for wealth and fame is to his Deen.'' [At-Tirmidhi]
