what is the difference between I was born and raised and I have been born and raised?
Once again, here I am Sir Dan & Teacher Tanya, the paragraph written below is for my friend, it's just I'm not the right person to correct him, tho I know there is numerous mistakes in this, please help me out, he will pass this for IELTS written exam..thanks in advance.
