  • Thank you so much for your explanation, Sir. I also learn about SPECIAL and ESPECIAL. This is so important for us. Thanks. ^^

    Dear Onee!

It would be easier to explain if you said what part of speech (a noun or a verb you mean). So, I will try to make it clear.

    1. To weld means to join together metal parts by heating the surfaces to the point of melting with a blowpipe or an electric arc. As a noun, it means a welded joint.

To braze means to join by soldering with an alloy of copper and zinc at high temperature. As a noun, it means a brazed joint.

To solder means the same process but at lower temperatures with other  low-melting alloys, especially one based on lead and tin or (for higher temperatures) on brass or silver, used for joining less fusible metals. As a noun, it means a low-melting alloy.

    2. A flame is a hot bright stream of burning gas that comes from something that is burning, a body of flame. TO FLAME or TO BE IN FLAMES means to burn intensively.

A flare is a sudden brief burst of bright flame or light, i.e, a flash or a device producing such light or flame. As a verb it means to produce such light or flame.

Sure, you can ask again if my explanations are not clear enough.
