Hello, Tanya and Dan. I am reading a book about human behavior, and I'm not sure how to describe those postures and movements in the picture below in English. Are there any specific words or phrases , or we just describe in the way we like?
From A-D, sitting with different leg postures.
E, standing with one's hands grabbing her waist.
F and G, walking with one's toes towards inside/outside.
I drew the rough sketch myself just now, and hope you can understand that. Thank you very much!

Dear Jade! I am not a native speaker although I have been living in the USA for more than 20 years. I think the pose D may be characterized as sitting with the legs put together (but not behind, by any means!). I agree, it is a very elegant pose for a lady. Sorry, I forgot to ask my husband yesterday. But I will!
Dear Tanya! Thank you very much for your reply and the compliment on the scketches. Sometimes it is easier to tell something by drawing for me. ^.^. Oh, E- to stand with the arms akimbo/on the hips. It's "hips", not "waist" in English, interesting.
What about D? That's very formal and elegant sitting posture. To sit with one leg behind? I'm not sure. It suddenly reminds me of a movie "The Princess Diaries", someone taught the princess to sit like that. Maybe I should check the script of the movie later.
Thank you, Tanya, and please send my regards to Dan.

Hi, dear Jade! Your pictures are very clear. Are you an artist? Such professional scketches!
Well, to answer your question, we need a native speaker, but he left for work. So, I will tell you what I know.
A - to sit with the feet in-toed.
B - to sit cross-legged or to sit with the legs crossed.
C - to bend one leg across the other.
E - to stand with the arms akimbo/on the hips.
F- in-toed walk
G - out-toed walk.
