  I'm not very good at introducing animes. Or giving reviews... Therefore I give a try.
  K-On is a anime about high school girls who are doing a school band.. It's about their daily life. Not too ecchi, not about fight.. and there aren't also highschool romance.. Or if there is, then the love for cakes and such things..
  
  Actually I don't know what to recommend. It depends what do you like in animes, What genre do you prefer. Action, comedy, romance... science fiction..
  
  "Casshern Sins" Is science fiction, with some fight, some philosophy of life.. it's good.
  
  Touka gettan is for adults, but although it have some sex scenes it doesn't contain porn. It have somewhat very thick context. I have watched it about 6 or more times and every time I discovered something that I did not noticed before.. But it's story is somewhat crazy too, containing incest.. drama. But it somewhat reminds the movie "pulp fiction" by it's nature.. like there's a lot of pointless action.. I think it can be called black comedy.
  
  If you like anime about daily life then. Minami-ke and Aria series maybe are interesting..
  
  If you like adventurer, then maybe Pandora hearts and Letter bee might be interesting...

  I too think that Full Metal Panic Fumoffu was the best season from full metal series. I liked it very much, but I watched it only once. Maybe I will watch it sometime again. ;)
  
  At last I saw also the ookiku second seasons 1 episode too, but was disappointed after so long waiting for subs. It wasn't funny at all. That's probably why it took long to become subbed too. :)
  
  K-ON!! will have 13 episodes, like previous season had.. I hope that they will sing some more..
  
  Anyway it seems there will be enough animes in spring season also to watch weekly.

  i watched all the anime that you saw.. but only saw it once.. not my favourite because some of the it kinda sad ending.. but i saw full metal panic .. like it.. hope it will be longer episode though...

  I'm now not sure, if I have seen Evangelion and Basilisk. But Noir have been also my favorite. I watched it many times again and again. I have seen also Elfen Lied, it's good, but I did not want to watch it over again. Full Metal Panic I liked little too, because it's funny.

  Well next K-on is airing already on next Tuesday. :P I think it will be airing weekly now.
  
  They released subs for majors, but not for ookiku yet.. I was hoping to see ookiku..
  
  Giant Killing, might be also almost good sport anime.. It's about soccer. I think there haven't been many good ones about soccer..
  
  I actually hate these sports, especially soccer, but I don't mind if it's anime.. I even enjoy it in anime.
  
  When I already talking about sport.... I think that the most of all sports that I like are races.. Not important, whether it's Car race, or skiing, running, cycling, or whatever.. they are easy to understand.. I at least what's going on.. Not like soccer, where some crazies running around after a ball seemingly for no reason. A very stupid game.
  
  But there aren't many race animes.. Only good race animes that I liked or can remember, are Capeta and overdrive.. one's about Kart car race and other about bicycle race... there was also something called Initial-D ...but I think that's different.. ^_^

  Did you notice, K-on is out.. with subs. :) I'm gonna watch it now.
  
  But Ookiku Furikabutte is still not subbed. neither Major and many others. I wonder what takes them so long.

  I'm a guy too. But I think, I would like to be able to draw clear line between ecchi and non ecchi animes. I don't like stupid fan services.
  
  B Gata H Kei is ecchi, because it have ecchi plot. But when some not so much ecchi anime is floated of shower scenes the scenes of trips to onsen.. and the people falling town top to each other, by grabing also each others pantsu while falling.. things that have nothing to do with original story. it's not good.
  
  Bad is when they forget interesting storyline and get into ecchi fans ervices.. And all they do is showing the underneath of girls skirts
  
  And what they did with ladies vs butlers.. It was a bit ecchi anime from beginning, but... There was potential. The male protagonist was interesting, a bit stupid, or naive or smth.. with funny face. and also 2 female protagonists were interesting. One was especially devilish in first sight, but was she really?...
  I did not mind the little ecchiness, in that anime. I actually like some extend. They were necessary to bring some more dension there.. or show the characteristics of some character, or smth..
  But the context of 2 last episodes were only fan services. And then those stupids! They released a short special episode that was 100% fan services.. and it did even not connect with original character's personality or anything.
  
  Yes I don't mind some scchi, because I'm a guy too, but ecchi fan services isn't the way how to make a anime interesting.
  
  There's too many filming of underneath of girls skirts.
