Balinese cuisine has many signature dishes like babi guling (berbeque pig) and betutu (roasted chicken), and lawar. Lawar is one of Bali’s most famous local dishes. Made from mix boiled beef or pig or chicken, and grater coconut, spices, boiled green beans and young jackfruit, all chopped up and blended together.
