When you click to "Add an image" button a dialog will appear where u can chose photo u want to upload.
After choosing the photo u want to upload. Click to "Options" to expand the dialog. There u need to mark the "Create thumbnail" check box and write 644 to the box on it's right.(this will become the longest side of your photo) You can additionally check the "Popup Window?" check box. This makes your photo into a link, that allows to see it in it's original size in new window by clicking on the photo.
PS. In case when your photo's height is higher than it's width, u might want to set it's longest side to be 859 instead of 644.. this way it's width should be 644.
When posting a photo to group's comment wall, u might set it's width to be 456. Because in there anything bigger will be scaled down anyways.
Sorry of my lousy explanation and poor English. But I guarantee that when you post own photo in the way I described above. You will help to save the earth, by doing it. Because photos will load quicker and laptop users will be happier to see them too, because they won't waste the battery, for waiting until the page loads. :)

I found that the picture of my blog was small and I couldn' make it big. Next time it will be ok
before I didn't know to upload with right way. often it made me a little upset.
You're right that it will help to save our earth, efficient of energy
