  Dear all members, I would like to suggest that let there be one essay competition on one topic which is agreed by all. We will give certain limits to words say 500 words or so. There can be one team to assess the performance. We can then declare the winner. EC team may think of awarding the winner suitably. This is just a suggestion to boost the group participation. We can entertain say 25 essays received by a certain date.

  My Nguyen, it's been a long time I didn't write anything here~~ Do you still remember me, the GINA who is the one you checked my essays one to one in 2011? hehe, I insist on learning english and writing off line during 2012. I miss here and miss your correction~ In china, chinese new year 2013 is coming, hope you have a good 2013 and your essay writing group will be better and better! :)

   I am learning the topic: " Repetition with Intensity"

  This is a really good method for everyone to learn English. I am listening the same topis again and again and again.And I Imitated teacher's voice, every day practicing the same skill,again and again.

  you are right . I learn new things from u and others . It's great opprtunity to meet poeple like u . Online resources are most important to me . I feel they are active , give more new ideas and easy to use.yes, every thing could be a topic . I'll use the easy one as a begining.

  i mean i am reaaly confused about what's the best procedure to start writing. is it necessary to take lessons ? i am working mum .i cant find enough time to do that . what do you sugget?

  by the way i like to lrean french too. u can help me alot . but i wanna llearn writing english first.

  I personaly need assesment . sometimes I write an essay but i really dont know Is it good enough to call it "essay" or not? . Another problem is   the topic. what is work for me as beginner?
