白い光の中に　山並みは萌えて

In the whity light, we see the ever green mountains  
はるかな空の果てまでも　君は飛び立つ

You wll fly far away, far away to the end of the sky
限りなく青い空に　心ふるわせ

Looking up the boundless blue sky, the heart is trembling

自由をかける鳥よ　振り返ることもせず

The bird is soaring in free, without looking back

勇気を翼に込めて　希望の風に乗り

With wings of brave, catch the wind of hope
この広い大空に　夢を託して

Dreams are entrusted in the wide open sky

懐かしい友の声　ふとよみがえる

Familiar voices of friends, crossed my mind
意味もないいさかいに　泣いたあの時

We quarreled over trifles, and cried at that time 
心通った嬉しさに　抱き合った日よ

When we were congenial, with joy we hugged that day
みんな過ぎたけれど　思い出強くだいて

Those are passed, but we hold onto all those memories
