Arthakranti Pratishthan is an NGO (non government organisation) has a proposal in thin book format presenting how by making few changes in the current economic systems like taxation, India can generate huge revenue and come over the tradition of `deficit budget`. 

I happen to read it few years back when the movement of Arthakranti (means economic revolution) Pratishthan (organisation). Today this is a movement in India making people aware of the wrong systems resulting into problems here.

The contents of the proposal are available on www.arthakranti.org. I personally feel that the proposal can be taken up for finding out suitability by some European countries who are facing economic slow down. 

Those who are keen in learning economics and systems would feel the proposal as a great learning material.
