This is a compete out of the box writing by Ricardo the owner (chairman) of a unique company SEMCO. I read this book somewhere in 1994 and yet the memory of his `out of the box` practices is very much fresh. This is a very good book for those who own a business or those who wish to build teams on `different` thoughts than the traditional ones. I suggest this book for management students too.
