    ohhhh ..that's simple Sahar!  A blog is longer than a discussion.  A blog doesn't need to draw readers' opinion all the time but a discussion persuades readers to have a part in it.  A blog informs but a discussion solicits information.

    I have a question, Sahar!  Don't worry!  I won't make it hard for you the way in the Green Puzzle group did to you...(hehe JOKE!)  You only have to answer YES or NO.

    Question:  Have you seen a comment that looks like a blog?

    hi sahar you have made a good topic and it's really unclear to differentiate between them but in fact discussion is quite different due to it has one or tow main  question and the viewer discuss itand  they don't go out of  context but in case of blog you can write what ever you want sometimes it can be story or poem or anythings and the viewer just gives their opinion if they like your blog or not

    A blog is like a journal or diary where you can write down many topics or experiences you've gone through, while a discussion is made to create and exchange opinions from other readers. It is called a blog because we make a log online or because we write a story using the internet. 

    Somehow, a discussion is like a short blog because you can write a topic with 1-2 paragraphs. And some say you can make a microblog in twitter. : )
