  ONE OF MY EXPERIENCE DURING JOB: I have number of experiences:

  Once a colleague of mine intercommed me asking whether he had left the cheque book in MD's room, which I knew very well that he did not. Then his superior called me and asked the same question and I explained to him that it was not possible, because they had make some other cheques in the same book, after they got the signed on from MD. This he might not like my answering or explanaing this way. Next morning when I reached the office I saw two peon were searching MD room. I asked what were they doing. They told me that they were looking for the cheque book. I okayed it and came in to my room, and began my work. I touched some papers to pick from my tray, I felt that there was something think under some papers where was not there earlier when I reached the office. It was the cheque book whcih they looking for. I immediately understood the game plan of the Assistant Manager Accounts, I immediately picked the book and went out to go to the Accoount department, by then the peons were gone. He was standing just outside in the hall. I handed the cheque book to him. "Where did you find it?" He asked me. "Under MD's table". I told him in a very casual tone. He was staring at me spell bound.'

  In this way I destroyed his plan to mess up with me.

  Once the Director Finance, his boss also tried the same trick on me, but I rebound it, too.

  Talking about caffeine, let me tell you that I love coffee, here in my country we have good coffee, we export it too, so we can buy a good coffee not too expensive and enjoy it every afternoon at 4:00 pm  with a flat sweet bread called "champurrada"...

  here is another source which you can make pronunciation practice for  speaking, ! Remember ! " mouth muscles need to be formed to the different sounds "

  In this video, you can listen as many as times you want and record your voice until you feel yourself comfortable, it would have already warned you when you were not good at speaking,
