I can't listen to my music or can't see photos. It says "this plug in is not supported. Please help. Thanks.

Maybe you are using an iPad or iPhone or other device that does not support the plugins. I can't listen to music here on iPad either though I can on my Mac. For more help please always provide details such as browser and OS.
