Why many members comment blogs like this "wow, or, I liked it so much, or, I loved it, or, very nice or useful blog, etc..." MEANWHILE THEY DO NOT BOTHER TO HIT "LIKE" BUTTON?!

You need to be a member of MyEnglishClub to add comments!
becouse they want to speak english as much as they can so they try to writ more..but about me that comments make me feel happy :-) if i understod you :-)
I'm afraid you do not have the idea from where or what I meant with my discussion question here, because simply I just meant what I meant writing here, no more no less! But anyway, I just did not mean at all to criticize the people who press the "like" button without leaving a comment or with leaving a very briefed comments, I think some members misunderstood my question that way (I do not know why!, my question was very clear though), in the contrary, I meant those who show liking the blog through their comments (no matter long or briefed comments, it is not my point here) meanwhile they do not press "like" button! It is not my concern here whether it is necessary to follow a comment up with a "like" button, rather I think it would be good to follow a "like" button up with a comment! It would not be bad at all to give both things in same time if\when we can do, and I can understand that some people can not properly comment a bolg maybe they do not have the suitable words to express their appreciation, but what I totally can not understand that all people have the fingers to simply press the "like" button yet few of them do it! It really makes me wonder!
I think it is very individual. There are people who might have higher standards and if they give sth like, it must be for them sth extreme on the top. Then there are people who like the blogs and sincerely appreciate the effort of blogger. I do appreciate every like and comment on my blog and yes I can say I experienced many times awesome comments full of nice words and just few likes...but... do we compete here? I don't think so....that's why I am happy for those who drop by and leave few words or gimme likes. Thanx for this discussio..I am curious to read other comments :)
No, we are not competing here, but yet in my opinion when the blogger consume their time to write\share their knowledge with the readers here (blogger is not compelled to do), then I think it is their right to be appreciated when they do a good job, and yes, the appreciating comments are good thing, but why not the reader do the two things when they can do?!, as yet the appreciating comments can be just out of mere complement to the blogger but the like button is a real practical way of proving the reader's appreciation, otherwise in my opinion it could be hypocrisy to say (merely saying) the appreciation in words while we do not practically pursue it!
"There are people who might have higher standards and if they give sth like, it must be for them sth extreme on the top."
I think you are right here, though I think the reader should not look from high to the blogger, I think the blogger has the upper hand, many bloggers here I personally count them as really good writers and I think if they write in some magazines or something like this, they could be far higher and far more famous than many those who just fill the magazines papers with valueless talks though yet they gain and harvest the fame and the looks of readers with bright eyes full of appreciation and they just dream to take their signature on their memo, while the great humble blogger when they share their feelings and knowledge in here they gain nothing but a humble "like" which the reader scant to give even!
I think when people go out of their way to write down how they like the blog is already an appreciation of it in a more expressive manner so they feel it will suffice. Of course it is nice to see the heart with the like on it so I guess we all just want this affirmation too.! :)

Sometimes any member be admired with the blog but have no comment, so he pressure "LIKE" button, but if he has a comment, I think that comment will be more comprehensive. Especially if he has the ability to express what he wants, and I agree with my friend "Mishaikh" that "you are one of the masters here in EC." Thank you for sharing.
