Please share with us who rules your house and how? You, your husband, your mother, your father ? Or you both have equal responsibilities and rights. And you think how it should be?

Since my wife and I have a job, I think it's fair to share houseworks although I must admit that I don't know how to use the washing machine or the iron.
I should also say that when she or I have tried to rule the house, it looked like a battlefield (the pillows, shoes, even some plate could be seen flying in the house) so we learned that it's better to separate our responsabilities.
Anyway I have the feeling that most of the time are our childs the ones who rule it.
A house is run by equal sharing of responsibilities, not by ruling with absolute power.
